Jaw Crawler Crushing Station
Crawler Mobile Jaw Crusher is a mobile stone crushing equipment integrating high efficiency crushing, intelligent control and mobility, which is specially designed for mobile crushing needs under complex working conditions. The plant adopts fully hydraulic driven crawler chassis and is equipped with self-developed intelligent traveling system. The equipment integrates receiving, crushing, conveying and other process equipments in one, with sturdy structure and reliable operation.
Crawler mobile jaw crusher has a single processing capacity of 600t/h, the finished product covers the whole specification of 0-300mm, and the energy consumption of granite crushing is only 1.2kW-h/ton. The fully hydraulic crawler chassis adapts to 1:6 slopes and muddy terrain, and can be folded and unfolded in 30 minutes (height <3.5m) to meet the height restriction scenarios in tunnels and urban areas. Intelligent system integrates 5G remote control and AI pre-maintenance, real-time monitoring of bearing temperature (±1℃), vibration value and other 18 parameters, fault diagnosis accuracy of 98%, maintenance efficiency increased by 60%, in line with urban construction standards. Equipped with hybrid power (diesel/municipal power) and extreme temperature protection, stable operation in -30℃ to 50℃ environment.

Crawler mobile jaw crusher realizes self-propelled operation by hydraulically driven crawler chassis, the material is evenly fed into the jaw crushing cavity by vibrating feeder, the movable jaw plate periodically squeezes the fixed jaw plate to complete the crushing, the discharge opening of 6-250mm is hydraulically stepless adjustable, the processing capacity is 50-650t/h. Intelligent system real-time monitoring of the bearing temperature, the value of the crushing pressure, and automatically optimize the spindle rotational speed and the amount of material feeding, which is suitable for the construction waste, mining and other scenarios, and the energy consumption of single crushing machine is as low as 1.5kW-h/ton.
