Crawler type mobile impact crusher operation process full analysis: When the equipment starts, the diesel engine drives the hydraulic system to self-check and synchronously preheat the rotor bearing to the set temperature (>15℃). The material is evenly fed into the crushing chamber through vibrating feeder (amplitude 0-10mm adjustable); the rotor impacts the material at a high speed of 500-800rpm, and the multi-stage impact plate dynamically adjusts the gap (20-50mm) through the hydraulic cylinders to realize the impact-grinding composite crushing, and the finished product is accurately graded at the bottom.
