What is High pressure micro powder grinding?

  Inside the main unit of the high-pressure micro-powder mill, the roller hanger is secured with a high-pressure spring exerting a force of 1,000-1,500 kg. Upon operation, the rollers rotate around the main shaft and, driven by the high-pressure spring and centrifugal force, roll against the grinding rings. This rolling pressure is 1.2 times greater than that of a Raymond mill under equivalent power conditions, significantly increasing output. This industrial ultrafine high-pressure micro-powder mill solves the challenge of ultrafine powder classification. It is primarily used for ultrafine grinding of over 500 materials, including feldspar, talc, barite, marble, limestone, carbon black, and clay. Fineness ranges from 500 mesh (25 microns) to 2,500 mesh (5 microns), with the finest powder being 3,500 mesh (3.55 microns).

Working principle

  The high-pressure micro-powder mill mainly consists of a main unit, a blower, an ultrafine analyzer, a cyclone powder collector for finished products, a bag dust collector, and connecting air ducts. Auxiliary equipment such as an
elevator, a storage silo, an electric control cabinet, a powder feeder, and a crusher can also be optionally equipped on-site according to customer needs. Within the high-pressure micro-powder mill's grinding chamber, the roller
assembly is suspended from a roller hanger via a cross-arm shaft. The roller hanger is fixedly connected to the main shaft and the scraper frame. A pressure spring is tightly pressed against the outer end of the cantilever in the roller
bearing chamber by a tension rod. With the cross-arm shaft as the support point, the spring pressure presses the roller tightly against the inner surface of the grinding ring. When the motor rotates through the transmission device, the
scraper mounted on the scraper frame rotates synchronously with the roller. The roller rolls on the inner surface of the grinding ring while rotating around itself. The analyzer drives the analyzer impeller through the motor transmission device. The analyzer's rotation speed determines the output fineness.
