Vibrating feeders, also known as vibrating feeders, are a new type of vibrating feeder. Our company's ZSW series vibrating feeders are designed for uniformly conveying bulk materials before the coarse crusher in crushing and screening processes. This vibrating feeder utilizes a dual-eccentric shaft exciter structure, ensuring it can withstand the impact of falling bulk materials and providing a high feeding capacity. During the production process, it can evenly, regularly, and continuously feed bulk and granular materials from the storage silo to the receiving device, preventing device freezes caused by uneven feeding and extending the equipment's service life. Vibrating feeders are available in either steel plate or grate configurations. Steel plate feeders are commonly used in sand and gravel production lines to uniformly feed material into the crushing equipment, while grate feeders can perform coarse screening, making the system more economical and rational. Therefore, vibrating feeders are widely used in combined crushing and screening equipment in industries such as metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemicals, and abrasives.

Vibrating feeder working principle: through the double vibration motor (power 0.5-15kW) synchronous reverse rotation to produce directional excitation force (amplitude 0-15mm adjustable), drive the trough body to 25-50Hz frequency linear vibration, the material under the action of inertial force along the trough body (length 1.5-6m) continuous jumping forward, and uniformly transported to the next process. Intelligent control system monitors the currentload in real time (accuracy ±1%), cuts off the power supply in 0.3 seconds when overloaded and triggers the reverse vibration to prevent clogging, suitable for 50-1500t/h processing capacity. The electric motor drives the eccentric block of the shaker to rotate at high speed through the V-belt. The eccentric block can produce a large eccentric force, and the vibrating screen box will do a certain amplitude of circular motion. The materials on the inclined screen are affected by the impulse transmitted by the screen box, making continuous throwing movement, and the materials smaller than the screen holes pass through the screen holes, so as to realize the grading.
