Mobile Jaw Crusher Plant
The Mobile Jaw Crusher with Tires is an innovative equipment that combines efficient crushing and flexible transfer, designed for construction waste disposal, mining and road construction. Equipped with a fully hydraulic tire chassis, 360° steering system and hydraulic outriggers, it can realize 30km/h self-propelled mobile operation, and switch between parking and crushing modes within 30 minutes, which can adapt to the needs of frequent transshipment. The core jaw module is made of high-strength manganese steel, with a maximum feed size of 800mm, a processing capacity of 80-650t/h, stepless adjustment of the finished product size from 30-300mm, and a granite crushing energy consumption as low as 1.5kW-h/ton (20% energy saving). Modular design can be quickly docked screening and conveying equipment to form a mobile crushing production line.

Working Principle
The working principle of the tire mobile jaw crusher is to convey the materials evenly into the crusher through the feeder. After preliminary crushing by the jaw crusher, a closed-circuit system is formed through the circular vibrating screen to realize the cyclic crushing of materials. The finished materials are output from the conveyor for continuous crushing. Wheeled jaw crusher equipment can remove the round vibrating screen according to the actual production needs, and directly realize the preliminary crushing of materials. It is convenient and flexible to be used with other crushing equipment.
